Blinker indicators on dash not working

Hey guys. First post here... I'll try not to mess it up.
Just bought a '03 Viper and noticed that the turn signal indicators on the dash don't light up today (they were working yesterday). The turn signals on the outside of the car light up front and back, both sides work as they should, and the hazard switch turns on all of them. But on the inside of the car the little green arrows don't flash anymore. I searched and tried some fuses under the hood, namely 13, 16 and 19 if memory serves, but I checked them all and they're all good. Any ideas here? I wouldn't think it's the bulbs in the cluster since they both stopped working at the same time but who knows.

EDIT: Just took it out for lunch and now the right indicator is working on the dash. Weird.

EDIT #2: Now neither are working again. Fun!

Could be a loose connection on the bulb or just a burnt out bulb in the cluster. They are just old school incandescent bulbs, but you have to remove the cluster to get to them. That involves removing pretty much all the plastic surrounds on the dash.

One started working again. Then nothing for a day. Now both have been working for a few days. Weird.

Sounds like something in the gauge cluster board would be my thought. A solder reflow of the board may fix this. Sometimes there is a not so great connection on the board that can cause intermittent issues (depending on temperature, humidity, ect). Not sure how hard the cluster is to pull out but might be worth having a quick look and see if you can see any discoloration or anything on the board and I would focus on those areas or if you arent familiar with soldering/electronics I am sure you can find an electronics repair shop and just ask them if they are able to reflow the board for you.
