Our traffic grew almost four times over since May of 2007. Currently our ads are seen over 42,000 times a day! Want to be part of this marketing juggernaut? Here's all you need to do:

Create one or more images. For a full-sized banner ad, the size of the image should be 468 pixels wide and 60 pixels high. You can have a single image, but if you want to create eye-catching ads, try creating animated ads. The Viper web site will pick one at random each time your ad is shown. The images should be in .GIF or .JPG format, and can be animated if you like.

Write your "alternate" text and optional ad text. The "alternate" text is shown in place of an ad image if a browser doesn't support graphics. It is also shown while a graphic loads, or when someone leaves their cursor over the image without clicking. The "ad text" is an extra text message that can be placed above or below the graphic.

In the sample above, the alternate text is: "The Official Viper Club of America Web Site", and the optional ad text message below the graphic is: "Where Viper Owners and Enthusiasts Surf The Web".

We also offer "buttons" on the Classifieds, Gallery, Marketplace, and Forums pages. The button appears every time the respective page is viewed. The button image should be 88 pixels wide and 31 pixels high. You can have a single button, or if you want to create eye-catching buttons, try creating several different buttons. The Viper web site will pick one at random each time your ad is shown. The images should be in .GIF or .JPG format, and can be animated if you like.

Decide on the URL where you want people to be sent in response to the ad. If you don't have a web site, be sure to provide an e-mail address where buyers can contact you.

While your ad is in place, you will be able to view real-time statistics on the number of exposures and click-through's (the number of people who visit your site from the advertisement).

Technical Zone

This includes New Owner Questions, RT/10 and GTS Discussions, SRT10 and SRT10 Coupe Discussions, Performance Modifications, Viper Racing/Dyno Results/Time Slips, Tire , Wheel, Brake and Suspension, Illustrated Upgrades, SRT Engineering Q/A Area , and Tuning forums.

  • The cost for a rotating banner in this Zone is $250 per 6 month period. (see below for explanation of terms).
  • The cost for a fixed button in this Zone is $600 per 6 month period.
  • The cost for a rotating button in this Zone is $200 per 6 month period.

    Social Zone

    This includes Sneaky Pete's Place, Fang's Snake Pit, Driven, General Viper Discussion, VCA Viper Events and Gatherings, VCA Members Only, Events Calendar, Posting Policies, and Gallery.

  • The cost for a rotating banner in this Zone is $200 per 6 month period.
  • The cost for a fixed button in this Zone is $400 per 6 month period.
  • The cost for a rotating button in this Zone is $150 per 6 month period.

    Merchandise Zone

    This zone includes New Products and Supplier Specials, Merchandise, Collectibles, Memorabilia, Apparel, and Miniatures. Plus the Classifieds and Marketplace.

  • The cost for a rotating banner in this Zone is $200 per 6 month period.
  • The cost for a fixed button in this Zone is $300 per 6 month period.
  • The cost for a rotating button in this Zone is $100 per 6 month period.

    Regional Sponsor Package

    This package is for smaller, local shops that want to advertise service or products to local Viper owners in targeted Regions – includes a 3x multiplier for the banner in that region.

  • The cost of the Region sponsor package is just $20 per region, per month with a maximum of 2 consecutive months unless there are no other vendors contending for the space.

    Section Sponsor Package

    Individual sections, which are NOT included in any of the other zones, can be sponsored as they are currently, i.e. Doug Levin Motorsports sponsors the RT/10 and GTS Discussions. Sponsorship period is good for 30 days with a maximum of two consecutive months (unless there is no other vendor contending for the space). This includes a full-sized banner with a 3x display rate of the other banners to increase impression frequency for that forum. Also includes hypertext link on all pages as it currently does.

  • The cost of a Section Sponsor Package is $75 per month.

    Classified Ad

    Dealer or Private Party (non-VCA Member) Single Ad

  • $30 per 90 days

    Marketplace Listing

  • $50 per year

    Customer Supplied Banners setup and installation

  • $10 each per set up

    Social Zone & Merchandise Zone packages include the following:
    Special sponsor designation on respective Marketplace page and alphabetically listed ahead of non-sponsors.
    Initiating a maximum of one promotional post per month in the general forums for advertising products relating to the forum being posted in (ie posting an RT/10 product in the Gen I/II forum)

    Technical Zone packages and all fixed button packages also include the following:
    Approval to originate posts in New Products and Supplier Specials Forum
    Ability to utilize company name as user name
    Ability to add link to your business in your Forum Signature (No ads permitted please, just business link)
    Initiating a maximum of two promotional posts per month in the general forums for advertising products relating to the forum being posted in (i.e. posting an RT/10 product in the Gen I/II forum)

    We require a "soft" (GIF, or JPG) file of your logo if you wish to include it in your banner or button.

    Ads will not appear unless paid in advance. When that prepaid ad expires the ad will be immediately removed from the site until such time as another payment is received – no exceptions. Our software will automatically notify you 30 days before ad expiration.
