I joined last december and have enjoyed this site and the georgia vca events. It's pretty sad that the body that organizes the vca has some short comings in the few months i have been involved. I have no venom badge on my avatar,no membership package ever arrived and I shouldn't have to call anyone because I did my part by paying for the venom membership. Please fix the body that organizes the vca as it can only benefit everyone involved. :drive:

For you the membership has to be done through the dealer you purchased the 08 from.
It goes through Chrysler and JRT and a warning-it takes a while. Contact your dealer first and see when they put in the paperwork for you. JRT should be calling you back and this is the other place those same people from JRT check for membership problems.
Hopefully they will contact you soon.

kman this is the place to post about your venom avatar:

kman.

Something has gone wrong if you have joined in December, but still not gotten you confirmation.

I understand from your post that you do not wish to call and see what went wrong, but unless you do there is no way to determine what went wrong.

The staff that processes these memberships is very professional and dedicated, but they have no way of checking our what went wrong without the call.

There is a post on this forum where you can go to request your AVATAR be updated. This is being done one on one and usually is done in just a couple hours after your request.

Common' and give the club a chance. Sometimes it just needs a little nudge.

Hey Rick,
Like Paul said, the fastest way to straighten out any problems with your membership is to call HQ at 1.800.998.1110, option 1. if you called during business hours and nobody answered, just wait a bit and call back. I believe the staff there also handles SRT Track Experience registrations, so they may get busy at times. I've called them quite often (to validate new member accounts so I can update profiles here on the site), and I rarely get a "no answer".

KMAN, Venom tag added...Blue is good, yes?

I definitely enjoy the events and info on this board and kcobean has been like lighting when responding to any requests. Maybe next year I'll see what comes with the renewal. Blue is good, especially when speeding down the road with me behind the wheel. :drive:

There are some cool things that come with the membership packet if you're a Venom member. Don't blow it off for lack of a phone call, and besides, you paid for it! The gals at VCA HQ are really top notch, but nobody is infallible. Give 'em a chance to make it right for you.

Glad blue works for ya! :2tu:
