Gen 1 Sidepipe Paint Protection
I have some of the NOS paint protection film for the Gen 1 side pipes. When I was thinking about reproducing some I noticed that the OE pieces were really thick. I couldn't find anything that thick. 1996 Window Outer Door Glass Weatherstrip
Back in 98 or so, I took my 96 GTS to the dealership for some warranty work. They told me there was a "TSB" (I think that's what they called it) on those weatherstrips. The two piece is assembly line correct but the one piece looks good to me.- Big E

2000 RT-10 over heats when the air is turned on?
Is your electric fan coming on? Sometimes fried wiring and/or relay burns up. Heard of a bad ground for the fan too. See attached screen shot.- Big E

Drilled brake rotors 97 GTS
What he said on the drilled. EBC is a good rotor. They have some that are dimpled that look like they are drilled. Dimpled + slotted would look really good. I went with the slotted from Roe Racing. Summit Racing has a nice selection of EBC's. Summit Racing- Big E

Fixing Viper Flaws
I like the idea of the T-nuts. I was in a hurry and used those plastic drywall anchors with some glue. They are holding good but I'm sure I'll be replacing them again someday.- Big E

2002 RT Full Borla Exhaust
My Mopar Performance system was too loud for me. Mine was louder without the cat so I just left it out and added a Magnaflow to it. Sounds good to me now.- Big E

Borla Cat Back
I'd replace the stock cat with high flows. But first, try adding a "test" pipe in place of the cats and see if you like it. Mine was too loud so I added a small Magnaflow in place of the cats to get the sound I liked. When it's time for state inspections the cats go right back in.- Big E
