How much can a get a Gen 5 for?
I'm trying to keep from being wayyyyy upside down in my purchase. The market seems very soft on non-ACRs. I'd rather someone else pay the majority of the depreciation!- CarDude

Yeah the Royal Purple thing...where all the comments say I'm a dick...lol Thank on the kid wishes...it sure is nice to schedule a birth. His official due date is Feb 19th...but he is very large and is given my wife hell.- CarDude

How much can a get a Gen 5 for?
Yes. I did that Viper Club versus Corvette Club Forum Wars with it. I want a Gen V but just can't stomach the new ACR price. I want a great deal, as I have a baby boy delivering tomorrow.- CarDude

I was thinking about purchasing a Viper again
I care about resale...call me crazy. Having seen the housing market adjust its value I really don't want to throw away more than I must on this depreciating asset. I should have purchased a Ford GT! And if 100K is such a bargain then what's with the huge dealer inventory!- CarDude

Your theory would be correct, but it is supply versus demand...and the demand for a $100K+ Viper is not there. Those whom were in the market were run off by the much higher price. I purchased the 08 right after it was released. Then I purchased an 08 ACR at a discount about 8 months later...- CarDude
