I suggest wrapping it in some extra thermal wrap at the base where the wires go into the sensor and using a metal tie to secure the wrap.     Normally, I'd just let this 505HP thing fly by, but I've been seeing it a lot lately... so just to nit pick. The 505 on the air filter housing of a gen 3 does not represent a horsepower figure... It's cubic inch displacement.

    KW Variant 2 Adjustment / Settings

    I set mine to 4 clicks off firm, and have been happy with it. Compaired to the stock shocks and runflats, the KWs with PS2s ride so much better anyway even on the stiffer settings.

    I'm still shocked nobody has commented on the threads showing.... I do not have Motons on mine, I have KW v2s so I can't comment for sure. If my KW v2 looked like your photo however... I'd be wonding the same thing as you. I'd probably pull it off the car and check that it for over all...

    Yeah, I find it very odd. I guess that because emmisions control is so tightly regulated and such, that code the engine light and the oil temp gauge going to 0 was done to "scare" people into bringing their cars in right away. That's the only thing I can figure about it. I'll get it swapped...

    Got em, installed the same time as all the other mods. Figured it would be better to do everything at once rather than keep tearing the car apart. Put in the mounts, belangers, B&M shifter, KW v2s etc.... That was 3 years ago, guess it's just time for the O2s to die this summer :P I did...

    Hmmm.... Grrrr.... Well, when I swapped out the passenger rear, I did buy an extra O2. Looks like I'll be swapping out another one :P Why does this crap always happen to me in the middle of the summer!!! Grrr.

    There's no issue with using a TIG at home except the inital expense of the welder. My Syncro 250DX can pull up to 88 Amps at 220v, but that's on the extreme end of the max setting, like 3/8 in plate aluminum. Doing a roll cage or similar steel is so much lower on the amp range, less than 40...

    The only tip I can give you is on the welder.... You will get HF quality welds from a HF welder. Even an experienced welder will have pretty ****ty results with a flux core HF MIG, and usually...
