Just an update, never did find a DIY guide despite all the post with the exact same problem. It was a pretty simple job, once I realized I needed to take the entire regulator assembly out, and it comes out quite easily. Door Window not attached
Stopped by a dealer today to have them take a look at it and figure out what I need. The little slide/clip that connects to the window is what broke so a replace of the entire window regulator is what Dodge says to do. The regulators are no longer available and the service guy did find the clip...- DarcShadow

Door Window not attached
My passenger side door window on my 2001 GTS won't go up. I took the door panel apart and discovered that the window is not attached to the part that goes up and down. voltage gauge fluctuates
I have seen mine fluctuate, but now that I think about it, it was an old battery. Haven't paid any attention since changing batteries to see if it still does it. Battery died, Now wont idle

Custom viper gts lettering
You could always get one of these and paint it flat black before putting it on, or cover it in flat black vinyl. Either should be rather easy to do prior to putting them on the car.- DarcShadow

Objects in Mirror
By doing the driver side mirror on the passenger side thing you might make your mirror pratically useless. The reason for the warning is because the mirror is slightly concave so that you can see more in the mirror then you would on a flat mirror.
