    John, the car can be returned to any Dodge dealer. Yes the car would have to be stock if you want to get your $ out of the aftermarket parts. The labor on making it stock is about 7 hours ~$700 but ($300 brakes, $400 cats, the rest is easy) you can easly collect $1500+ for selling the parts. I...
