what is the issue with JazzyJeff posting
It had to due with a deformity on the driver side of the hatch. It was caused by a faulty mold which made a 2-3 " bubble. Fortunately for me, mine seems to be fine. There were 5 cars that he knew of that had this issue. Fly- FLYTWA

Talked with John at Roanoke, he said there is a software update coming out for the nav and Uconnect. He wasn't sure if it was downloadable or if we had to go to the dealer to upload it. Regards, Fly- FLYTWA

What can SRT engineers do to improve future Gen Vipers?
Allow for current cars to be upgradable with future refinements. Especially software pertaining to power and handling. Regards, Fly- FLYTWA

It's OK, there is a plastic rub strip underneath the air dam. Also the front dam is flush to the front of the wheel well, unlike splitters that are on the bumper. The rear spoiler takes up less than 1/8 of the rear view. Mind you that the visibility isn't exceptional to begin with. Thanks, Fly- FLYTWA

Well for me whatever they do in 2014 is irrelevant. Mine is gonna be a 2013. On another note just got a call from SRT directly, apparently my car has been built and is now waiting to get shipped. I wonder how long it'll take for it to be shipped? Regards, Fly- FLYTWA

My dealer has been great, worked with John at Roanoke. He"s gone above and beyond for me. My issue is with the lack of communication from the 3 different people I spoke with at SRT. I've only received one return call from them and no updates via email. Fly- FLYTWA
