    Once this became a mess, the dealer did finally offer to represent me in this however my attorney and I agreed that having them do so would not be the best approach.

    Thanks very much, however I feel like we are at the same place as when I started. The only difference in my life now is that some documents have been filed on my behalf and I am driving a black on black C300 with a big Delray Mercedes Benz sticker on it instead of the attached.
