Thanks everyone. Hopefully I'll get some time this week to dig in, and I'll report back. I'll vent/burp again first using tips provided, then go from there..... But after reading all these responses, looks like I might be replacing the water pump. ab - not sure about leakage by weep hole...- onerareviper

Cool. Haven't tried that yet. Been squeezing the sh*t out of the upper rad. hose that goes into thermostat. How about the coolant system bleed plug on the thermostat housing? Anybody ever remove that thing, and if so what kind of tool? I'm going by memory here, but it seems to be an odd...- onerareviper

Thanks everyone. Yeah, I burp, and burp, and burped again. Over several days... Is it possible there's still air in the block, and if so how do I get it out? Keep burping, or something else? Is there a procedure for an uber-burp? BTW #1 - Yes, coolant level in facia bottle is AOK...- onerareviper

Wet Sanding?????
Interesting article. It sounds like a good idea on small areas of imperfections. But 3,000 grit? Wow, it would take forever to wet sand a car with 3,000, and cost a fortune. Wet Sanding?????
Let me save you a BUNCH of time + possible damage to your car (Very easy to go thru clear with sand paper in inexperienced hands). Take it to a professional and have it rotary buffed. Not orbital, rotary. This should only cost $100-$200 bucks. Wet sanding would be a LAST resort. A pro will...- onerareviper

Used OEM Viper seats are cheap. 4 bolts and put a nice set of used OEM seats in the car. Who would be the wiser? Therefore, no, aftermarket seats will not effect resale by more than +/-$1,000.- onerareviper

Viper prices
IMO the Gen II's have reached bottom. Matter of fact, they reached bottom about 3-4 years ago. Sure, the prices have fluctuated a few grand up or down, but pretty much stayed constant.
