    I just backed my 2006 SRT-10 Coupe into a truck. :( I was going really slow and just tapped the bumper of a Yukon. It caused a split (about 2") on the face of the rear bumper right below the word VIPER (right side) and a bigger split (about 4") on the top of the bumper above the word Viper...

    Shift from 3rd to 2nd at 5500 RPM

    I appreciate all the great comments and advise. It sounds like I got lucky yesterday. I will try the technique - turning my thumb down, and look into a Hurst or B & M short throw shifter. Thanks again all. :nana:
