    I believe they are Powerstop, but there was minimal paperwork with the shipment other than a "recomended rotation direction" page that I think displayed the Powerstop logo.

    Indeed, I do believe I forgot to replace that ground strap to the passenger cowl arm. Also, as I was under there, I noticed I had some new spark plug wires crossing. Uncrossed, regrounded, and Motley Crue is happy with no crackling.

    I'll check again, but I didn't notice anything. Also, I found a great post on the crackling wires, I'm going to try the solution (says wires are crossed somewhere, causing crackle) asap.

    GTS fuel door refinish options

    if you do chrome it, I'm just about to take mine off. Cal Chrome does it for $150 and recommends that it is completely disassembled to avoid later peeling/chrome damage on the hinge. See the webiste for a pic of the finished fuel door.
