    Took the Viper on a lil' trip to SD

    Black & Blue Viper - Anyone's here?

    It is surprisingly difficult to stripe a black viper in other colors than silver. I want to add some stripes to my '99 ACR but have been unable to decide which color. Everyone does silver, and I don't want to copy the flat black striped Viper on here :nono:

    anyone drive their viper in winter weather?

    I don't drive my '99 it in the winter; however we had a freak snow band come through on the one day I decided to take it to work in early October, was a very scary drive home to say the least.

    Heater Blowing Steam

    This happens to me. It would be obvious if it were coolant because there would be a greasy residue left on the windshield, and the smell of course.

    Sounds about right. Can't really compare it to other dynos because of other factors but its in the correct ballpark I believe.

    Thanks to all for the kind words! It is my first Viper and it has yet to disappoint :0 I am really up in the air about stripes, I thought of doing silver, but there is a Viper I saw that had flat black stripes that made me smile a tad ;)

    inapropriate to contact previous owner?

    I would say go for it. I had title transfer issues on my A8 and the previous owner was very helpful to me. Not to mention if it was may car that I had sold a few years ago I would be very interested to see what it was like today.
