    I'd use M1 0W40 over Amsoil simply due to the fact that it's available at any local Chinamart for less than $5/quart. Amsoil wants $11.50/quart for their 0W40. From the research I've done on BITOG M1 is the highest quality 0W40 currently available other than maybe the one offered by Redline...
