    Light years ahead of ya..already figured it out, welded the frame section in place. back on four wheels....now for the next step. Gluing the inner fender in place, I am almost afraid to ask...does anyone have a tip on setting the height / thickness of glue? Besides pre-fitting hood and fender...

    Wow, sorry! Just thought someone might be able to help me with a factory spec...it's not in the service manual, not trying to talk with fancy words...if you think for a second the rear wheels are following the front wheels your wrong. The factory wheels are mounted in rubber and move all over...

    Made myself a couple prototypes of Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene Control arm bushing, with stainless pivot bushings. Just got to program and run them. UHMW is prefect for these, self lubricating chemical resistant, wears better then steel. These will make the Viper feel and handle...

    Got myself some new rear rotors and some SS braided brake hoses by StopTech, bought a few spares sets of stuff incase someone needs a good deal on hoses or rotors.

    Do yourself a favor, have the folks at Cometic make you a set ...best money can buy. I bet they already have the layout.

    Gladly sell you mine , 2200 miles, all factory except has a wing on back...there are pictures of the wing in my gallery. Perfect example of 96 ... I would like 45k for it, I having been planning on parting it out as soon as I am done building my new race car. So, if you want a nice low milage...

    Best yet..got the replacement frame cut fitted ..couple quick lazer checks on alignment, couple measurements with the Tram...and weld her in. Thing was a Biotch to disect.

    OK..I guess this is what seperates the men from the boys...you have made my day! I thought about this and thought about it...why couldn't I come up with it? I understand 100%...This way I am just welding up my butt cut and the slit in the frame rails..still put a couple rosettes in it...
