if swapping the relay does not work you can get a fuel pressure test gauge at O'Reilys or similar auto parts store they will require a deposit, fuel pressure should be 55
if you put the heat shields on over the manifolds they can not see the headers the smog techs are not allowed to remove any parts for inspection so go for the good stuff. signed a fellow Commiefornia
Don't know about gen 3 I have gen 1 I had to remove the inner fender well panel to get it out there is a thread on one of the other forums VOA or Viper Alley that might be helpful a guy used a tube cutter to separate the filter
I don't think anyone makes the tires other than Michelin. The production dates seem to be hit or miss. I bought a new set earlier this year from Tire Rack. The tires that are for sale on this thread are a good price but shipping could kill you. I will probably go to an 18 inch wheel next time.
From previous posts do not unscrew the radiator drain plug take off the bottom radiator hose instead less chance of breaking something. I did not remove the engine drain plugs I know you are supposed to I actually bought the plug remover so will use it next time. I think I will buy the Lisle...
have used launch control on my 2013 vette a couple of times rpms settle around 4000 dump clutch a little wheel spin and off you go its a kick give it a try
Had a similar problem anti freeze was coming out front facia turned out to be the radiator cap not holding pressure allowing anti freeze to overflow the reservoir don't know if this is the problem but a new cap is cheap
I removed my alarm that came with the car also a 1994 according to the factory manual the car has to be running when you remove it or it will cause a no start condition
