    electical problem, any helpers?

    hi helpers, on my 2000 RT i have this funny problem: as soon as i turn the key to "on" all the lights come up in the instrument panel as they should. also the fuel pump builds up pressure. after 2-3 sec. a relay switches (auto shut off?) and all the lights come back on, also the fuel pump...
