    Modified Exhaust Question

    I removed the muflers on my SRT. The sound at WOT is awesome and it doesn't drone too much. The only problem I have with it is the excessive popping and backfiring during decelleration. Other than that, it's a cheap and easy way to make the SRT sound better. Tim

    My SRT has no problem when first started or shifting when cold-and I do not have the valve problem. However, my 98 GTS had a similar problem to your SRT in that I couldn't drive it until it was warmed up. It would stutter and be hard to drive when cold. I think this is just a Viper...

(just got back from the first night drive-had to make an emergency stop at the gas station, TERRIBLE gas mileage... :D )
