Tell all your Gen2 friends to put down their crack pipes. These cars don't look anything alike. I took these shots in my driveway yesterday.
Something odd happened to the colors in the late afternoon sun, as the Honda isn't that washed out- it looks very close to Fly Yellow in person. Color...
My battery ran down- that is the life of a no-miles garage queen. Since recharging, the low tire pressure indicator has been blinking. The tires look OK, although I have not pressure tested them yet. Anyone see this, or know how to reset it? Is this just an anomoly of the low battery state?
Of...
After working for my current employer for 9 years, I've had enough. The company has grown and changed dramatically during that time- not all for the better IMHO. So Friday I put in my notice- time to start my own company again.
Sue and I have been contemplating this for quite some time now, so...
I was one of the first to post realistic comments on this board to DCX about what I wanted in the new Viper. I asked for:
More sedate appearance
Lighter weight
better brakes
Alcantra seat inserts
True roadster design
What I got was that and more. The fit and finish is far better than my...
The local paper has published specs on the SRT, but has not specifically said it would be there. Anyone know the appearance schedule? I'd sure like to see one before Reliable deposits one in my driveway...
It is being said that this winter will be dry and mild on the Left Coast. Sounds like my SRT might see a little road action before Spring.
Still waiting for a ship date...
I have been told that virginity is highly overrated, but as one of those with a very low serial number, I would really like to know-
What happens to those SRTs that the press and VOI7 attendees have been thrashing? Will those be recycled and shipped out to unsuspecting VCA members?
Sorry for...
Offset pedals are far less annoying to me than an underpowered bowtie. I was offended by the pedal arrangement in the Countach & Diablo. (blasted Italians must have really small feet) One trip through the gears made me forget all about crowded and offset pedals.
Hey Dodge-
Did you get my order? I filled out my form, and Mister Pemberton sent it in just like you instructed. But neither of us have heard back that you have received it.
What is my order confirmation number?
When will I get that nice letter confirming my order?
When will the literature...
I don't know how many of you are in the same boat as me but, I have placed my order and am now anxiously awaiting any real factual information about these cars. So I come here, and I see flames about the styling and conjecture about build schedule, anticipated performance, colors they...
For all of us who want to have a peek- which shows will the SRT be at this year?
I have my order already in- will I be allowed to have a closeup look? (I sure hope so...)
Inquiring minds want to know!
I got my certificate in the mail Wednesday night, and Thursday called Bill Pemberton. Putting my money where my mouth is I ordered RED.
Now the waiting starts all over again...
The lines of this next generation is starting to grow on me. I'm getting stoked for the arrival of my SRT-10. So, when I was in the store last night, I found this sitting on the shelf. It called to me, and I am a sucker for a pretty shape...

One winter project I am contemplating is a new exhaust. I am thinking about a sidepipe conversion, but I have a few questions:
1. What did you use to fill in that muffler hole in the rear?
2. Did that mid-rpm resonance go away?
3. Which side panels did you use?
4. Would you do it again?
5. What...
A friend of mine took his RAM in for warranty work, since his hood was peeling horribly. The local dealer (Lynnwood Dodge) told him that DCX's preferred vendor nationwide is Maaco for all paint work. When asked specifically "Even Vipers?", the answer came back "yes, even Vipers". The dealer...
John has the right idea. Don't just give this week, but continue to give blood on a regular basis. Blood banks around the country will have low inventories for quite some time due to the calamities in NY/DC. Your help is needed by the Red Cross for some time to come.

We all gripe about the lack of brakes, and many spend money (in varying degrees) to fix the problem. I would contend that part of the problem stems from the ECU itself. When I get off the throttle, I expect the engine to provide some braking, yet that doesn't happen for at 2-3 seconds. Almost as...
I am not a very thick-necked individual, but my new TeamTechs are really rubbing my neck raw after only 30 minutes. It would appear that the headrest hole is not wide enough for the wide shoulder belts.
Is there a fix other than replacing the seat? Other than this, I love those belts- the fit...
What\'s up with the drawing car?
I have been away for the last week or so, and am dying to know the details of our next fund-raiser drawing car. Joseph & JonB hav been tantalizing us about a special ACR-RT/10.
Any more news?
When/where can I send my check?
Inquiring minds want to know...
The bowtie crowd is gathering steam for such an event. (details) . What about that "other" America's Only Sports Car that they so conveniently forgot to mention?
There are many times lately when I get "Service Temporarily Unavailable" messages when surfing through here. At the time, there would be less than 2 dozen folks on the board. Seems like a scalability problem to me...
So being the geek-type, I gotta ask- what kind of setup do you have? (machine...
My baby wouldn't start yesterday morning. (See my lament in the Viper Haiku) Nothing but clicks and a dim dashboard. After a day on the charger, it still won't start. Same results. It is acting like the battery is cooked dry, or perhaps a battery cable connection is corroded somewhere between...
