    Don't forget, when you install your after market headers, Don't beat a dent in them. You can probably just shim the right motor mount to gain needed clearance to the frame.

    hot jet coating?

    You keep asking about "Header Wrap". Do Not wrap your header system with that stuff. You will burn your header pipes out. This is not to be confused with the stock heat shields. Do use a heat coating. Very effective. (JD)

    They are perfectly fine for charging. No Problem. Sometime down the road though, you might want to pull your rear wheel, pop the panel and inspect the battery and connections. Vipers require optimum current voltage to run properly. Don't forget to check for corosion in the tray.

    Just open your hood and look for the post with the plastic cap (drivers side). Remove the cap. This is the (+ positive conection) . Hook your (- ground) cable to any suitible location.

    I might say my hood springs worked just fine until I decided to lubricate them. BIG MISTAKE ! They haven't worked well since. You can lube the catch and slide but I recommend you don't lube the hinges. If you have, wash them out with a high pressure wash, and they should work better than not...
