You are right!
I had a full price offer over the phone from a relative and said I am not selling it.
Its like furniture. I just like looking at it.
I was thinking about a Gen 5 with the saftey features for my young passengers
30k miles and it seems to sit in my garage a little too much.
Has both tops and all stock parts. Not raced and in fact has a car seat in the front for my son.
We video it on a Dyno recently and it peakek at 674 RWTQ.
Black on Black. I have Owned it for 15 years. Problem free.
Drives like stock...
What exactly looks wrong about them? It's one of the reasons I am getting rid of the Khumos (sp). Too small and do not fit the rim correctly. I thought I could live with it but cannot. It was like Chinese water torture evey time I looked at the car.
I will look for the Michelin PS2. Was not sure if they still made them.
Unless someone swears by another tire. What build date should I look for as the oldest acceptable tire.
Khumos do not fir right. Always bothered me.
I am putting down 674 tq at the wheels.
I had 2 horrible Jon B...
My relative picked up a New 2013 GTS for 95k, it had a 139k sticker with options.
Any similar deals sill available? I am in Florida and possibly in the market for a Gen 5, price motivated as I have a few cars now.
Thanks!
Any suggestions to stop it?
Once filled, it's like a fishing pond, it then leaks into my tank (Through the gas cap is my guess.) and I have to drain the entire tank.
The drain holes inside the cap area seem to get plugged.
Is there an aftermarket fix??
Thanks!
Do they make a high rise blower for a 99 Viper? After 15 years, I am thinking of juicing it up in the hot-rod looks department with a 6-71 (type) high rise blower. Why? Bored...
(I can always go back to stock if needed.)
Thanks!
Which valve do you drain it from? I added and it was still warm, this happened before and the shop drained it and re-added freon and it was fine for a year.
Thanks!
Should I drain it before adding freon. It has a slow leak. (About a year between freon add) Also do you drain it from the same connection spot that you re-fill it?
Thanks!
I bought the Viper first and had a blast. It's short money in the big picture, plus it's needed, transportation, that does not depreciate to zero. A Honda Accord will cost you more, when you figure long term depreciation.
Aside from looking cool, would wheelie bars keep my car from spinning and wheel hop with slicks on, by holding the weight forward as it rocks back on hard acceleration?
Are there any prictures of street Vipers with wheelie bars.
(1999 with Roe and water/Meth)
Will the Drag radial help traction on the street or just the track?
Is the Nitto 555R as good as some of the others like MT ect..?
Red's car looks sharp!
I currently have Kumo 700's
