    1996 gts bellypan question..

    there is a bellypan covering the drive shaft tunnel. is there supposed to be a bellypan further forward to cover bottom of engine? a friend says yes. i doubt it. he says he needs to remove the cover to access his oil filter. he has a 96 gts also. thanks, ed

    Sta-Bil gas stabilizer... is it ok to use it regularly for the weekend

    only Viper? I heard that gas has a very short life, so if i fill up the viper, but drive only on weekends, that means that tank full will last months. do i need to add Sta-Bil to the tank? What are the drawbacks to using it? TIA Ed

    Is this safe? \'96 GTS + 5yr old child in front facing child seat + no airbag shutoff on the 1996 GTS. I thought only rear facing child seats in the front seat is dangerous. Can I safely drive my daughter in the passenger seat if she is facing forward in a car seat? TIA, Ed

    100 octane unleaded. will it make a performance difference?

    I have a 96 GTS, completely stock. Calif has 91 octane gas. -Will running a mixture of 91 and 100 octane unleaded increase performance? -At what ratio, 50/50? Will that give 95.5 octane? -Will it increase internal combustution pres too much and cause a head gasket to blow? Thanks for any...

    Clear bra on side sill? ok to install or too hot?

    Is the side sill temp too hot to install the cear bra material? Will the high temps melt or bubble the material? hate to have the paint and 3m material fuse together. tia

    Anyone have scrap clear bra material to cover wheel arches?

    Did the car last year, but never did the wheel arches(ie fender lips). How far should I carry the material up the arch? Also,have some edges peeling. How hard is it to trim the lifting edges? Do not want to cut into paint. Original installer is too far away to do minor repairs. TIA Ed

    battery went dead

    I left the hood open and set the alarm. Battery drained completely down. Recharged it w/ a battery tender. 1- it is probably ruined and will not hold a charge? 2- do I need to reset the key fob pcm? How? TIA
