    The SL55, CL55s and E55s are actually great deals today. I've seen used SL55s for less than $35K, and E55s for less than $30K ( under 40K miles). They are consistently fast, but they range more towards comfort and straight-line speed, than being nimble. ;)

    My guess is that Dodge would prefer the ACR Viper SRT10 to be running against racing convertible Ferraris rather than NASCAR anyways, so it's OK to pass on that idea. ;)

    The ACR package is realistically just a nice collection of bolt-on bits to the regular Viper. :D I cannot see anything but an improvement in the car's overall performance by adding more track focused suspension, grippier brakes/tires and adding the aero bits to the convertible.
