I've totalled a car with USAA before. At first they offered me thousands under what I wanted. I just found a few autotrader.com adds with higher prices and called them back and let them know what I found it would cost to replace it. They agreed and cut me the check.
Posted this at the alley as well. I'm looking for opinions or experience with TNT modded vipers. The King Snake specifically. Anybody own one, driven one, etc? How is reliability, workmanship, etc? Other opinions? Thanks
I am looking at a 1999 RT/10 that is red. The owner is not 100% sure on it's repaint history, only saying that is looks original to him. Carfax and autocheck both are clean, but neither say what color it is. The local Dodge dealer ran a history report on it and everything look as expected except...
That's incredible that someone would have the cajones to do that. I'm down in the boro, so if you find who done it let me know and we'll go kick some a$$!!!!
Ps, Is your insurance going to cover it?

On many of the other boards I read, if someone posts a huge picture that goes outside your screen area only that 1 post actually extends outside the screen. The board software keeps all the other posts on that page normal size. On here, if someone posts a huge pic it pulls every posts on that...
Do it chuck. YOu know one day you won't have any vipers anymore, and you'll have a wife crackin the whip on ya. I think sat nite I'm going to go out with jasonmiddletn and some of the houston boys for a nite out. Even if you can't do the events, you'll still get to hang out with the other 700...
Hey Justyn, just some friendly advice. I would put some more pics on there, then from what I saw earlier today when I looked at your auction. People spending that kinda money usually want to see every angle, interior, engine, etc etc. Good luck!

Re: SUPERCAR challenge: \'BEST\' results for each car posted on Car and Driver website!!
what am I missing about the 1/4 mile times? We have board members who claim faster times in stock vipers than they put down with 700-800hp vipers.
Re: what\'s the top speed you\'ve hit on the streets ?
I too would never go so fast. But in my case, if I did, I would probably go around 165-170 racing a motorcycle, RT/10 would be topless. Lonely interstate, late at nite. Only if I were that stupid though

I hope this isn't it, but remember the guy who posted recently about his bearing going bad and failing on rod #3? He said the noise it made before it went out sounded like a belt screech. Hope this isn't it. It could possibly be a bad bearing in something else, like the tensioner, ac compressor...
