    Re: 10 I can understand the bass needing something to bounce off of arguement. I'm happy with my setup, it produces good sound with the top on or off and let your feel the "rumble" in your seat. I've never seen a footwell mounted sub, so I honestly can't compare.

    Re: 10 I beg to differ. If you use the stock, POS plastic backpanel, your just wasting your time. If you make a quality custom enclosure, like above, you will get excellent response. Why waste the room in the footwells? It looks alot cleaner where I mounted the 10".
