Finally got a few minutes to upload all of the photos from this past few days at VOI12. It was blast except for Saturday's rain out. My first VOI was not without some excitement as my Paxton external fuel pump decided to quit during Friday's scenic tour. Needless to say, not a good thing but...
Yes, I ran the BFGs on the back for a long time with the stock ps2 on the front. No problems just realize that the bfg sidewall flex does limit your cornering ability. I run the Nitto NT05 19" drag radials now which I like a hell of a lot better.
Another vote for Ab's Quality Wires. Just put on a set when the Mopar wires quit after 5,000 miles. I guess too much heat under the hood with the TT put a quick demise to the stock set. I had a fouled plug on the #1 cylinder with the Stock Mopar set.

I looked everywhere. I could not find any new ones out there. I ended up getting a used one from Woodhouse Performance. They may still have a few used ones around. I think this option is your best bet:(

Here are some pictures that bring back good memories of Picking the car up at Heffners old location in Maryland:)
Roysviper, Good luck with the new purchase!

I also have the earlier Heffner TT Design with the Y pipe. My conversion was the number 2 or 3 TT car that he did. The conversion was done back in 2003.

Paul,
When you get a chance, please let me know what question you got stuck on. I went through it a couple times and did not see a problem but I could have missed something. Lets see if anyone else had an issue.
Thanks!
Scott
Guys,
I would appreciate if anyone has a few minutes(should be less than 10 min) to complete a brief survey about their recent car buying experiences and feedback on a new service concept. This survey is part of a Business Startup class project. I need to collect some market research quickly...
Noticed that I lost one of the side sill screws on the bottom of my right sill. I believe it is a 'Not serviced" part which means it is no longer available from the dealer. Suggestions on where to get replacements?
Thanks.

I have to concur. Those rims are horrible. Looks like they belong on a pimped out honda accord. Always better off picking up an unmollested car. This way you can mod just the way you like.
I love my FE #307:)
Good luck.

Just replaced mine and went with an Odyssey AGM battery. Definately a premium for these at $270 with shipping, but no worries about fit since they make it in the correct 78 group battery size with no top terminals. They also have a full replacement warranty for the first three years, no...
I have been using drag radials on the back since 2002. They definitely affect your handling around turns, but I find them acceptable if you take turns at a reasonable speed. I originally had the 18"BFGs, but recently upgraded to the Nitto NT05 19" drag radials. The 19" drag radials seem to...
I finally killed my Optima Yellow top battery by leaving the radar detector on for two weeks. :( Now it will no longer take a charge. Looks like it is time for a new battery. Hearing that Optima batteries may no longer be the best option because of numerous failures, I have looked for some Gel...
1BadGTS,
I believe the Techs name was Scott but there was another burly guy who actually pointed out to him that he should also check for the rollbar. It is ashame that these rules are getting so difficult. I understand the safety aspect but as you said. I may have a rollbar that technically...
add a few turbos and some boost, you can actually watch the gauge go down. I figure I get about 6 - 8 miles to the gallon. I do however tend to get into the boost a lot so that doesnt help... :)
