Take careful note of page 30 - any idea how we should interpret "Under Consideration"?
if its 2300lbs - why does production have to weigh 3400? The performance difference of just 300 lbs is huge. Thanks for that info...the weight seems too low but if thats what it is then that answers my question.
No one knows? The reason I ask is to figure out how much the Gen IV body actually adds, and if there is any worthwhile to get the weight down. Maybe its the frame and drive train that puts it there. Just thinking about the weight of the CC, and whether its approachable (especially minus the...
Buy some good rubber - go to strip and use them up, do it again until you know from doing it. What do they say, it takes 10,000 practices to become very good at anything.
Well -
I am not sure if we can agree that its just inevitable to have one's car tracking all my movements, speed (ie worry about DE days, safety traing - warranty claims), control over ignition system (your car could be remotely shut down car for "emission reasons", travel to see a friend...
All - is the new Viper going to be OBD III compliant? If so I would think we all should sign a consent for invasion of personal privacy before accepting delivery of the car.

Nah...the the handling is fantastic even without the nannies - just check out the recent mag comparo (there have been others) in which the SRT-10 is preferred on the track.
Mind you, if you are unable to exercise TC with your brain the back is going to get loose since the car has torque - that...
The only real way to properly heat up a tire in warm or cold weather is to drive it easy to build up heat over time.
Give it 10-20 minutes at city/hwy speeds before you try power - its what the trackies do every time..2-5 laps building up speed (=3-5 minutes at 80 mph).
Don't lose it when you is...

And ditto on the Q for weight saving - did you weigh the stock body and glass vss the CC carbon fiber body and lexan?
Soory to be a pest but...
56LesPaul - skip barber is just the start.

Your car will wear out...

As for profit, I have no idea how much DC makes per copy after all the recent discounts. The problem is, I think a lot of buying power is being absorbed by vetter or porsche - frankly the 2 other...
Another very good habit is to start and finish your downshift (if approaching a turn) BEFORE turn in. That way, if you are not smooth, you dont upset the car.
