    I also don´t think that it is a mechanical problem,the next thing i will do is change the plug wires (as soon as i get the new set(next week)),the coils and fuel pump. The vec 2 programming is okay,i tested 3 different programs. The pcm i use now is the stock 96 pcm-i tried a 98 with 2000 update...

    last autumn i revved my engine into the limiter.after that it bocked,cherked(missed?) at rpm´s over 4000 and full throttle.after a few miles normal driving everything was fine again.during winter i checked the engine-valve train-all was fine.now somethimes at hard driving the same thing happens...

    I need a set of cheap 18 inch wheels for use on the racetrack.No matter how they look (scratches etc. no problem),they only have to run fine.I tried hard to get those here in Germany , but there is no way to find them here.I hope anybody can help me. Thanks Peter

    What are the correct torque specs for Gen 2 engines ? Service manual says -first :47NM(35ft.lbs)-second :turn 1/4 turn After having a head gasket problem I asked DC(Germany)and they stated that the torque numbers have been raised to 164NM(122ft.lbs). So what is right? Peter

    I have exact the same noise with Arrow Rockers.I installed them with new Arrow pushrods and everything fits perfect.May be it is normal? 2000mls without problems so far-let´s see what happens with the SC,that will be installed in 2 weeks.
