If you have a 94 then you don't need them. A 94 only has 02 sensors before the cats. The only time you need sims is when you have 02 sensors before and after the cats.
I have the same jack also. I put it under the side and jack it up about 6 inches then I roll my big jack under the center and lift it up from there if i need to get under the car.
If oil is coming out of the AC drain hose then there may be a refigerant leak in the evaporator coils under the dash. The oil is probably refigerant oil.
If your battery was totally dead then you need to charge it before you try to jump it. Also if it is extremely low then you will need a heavy duty pair of jumper cables to get enough current to the car to start it.
