    To my knowledge, Denver is one of the worst markets for servicing Vipers. All the Dodge stores are corporate owned (Lithia and Auto Nation), with the exception of Christophers and Broadway.

    Only the cars delivered to VOI had the badges on the side behind the side window. They were not consecutively numbered.

    Not as "lucky" as they are to have Woodhouse. Woodhouse is one of the top volume DCX dealers in the country. They sell 350+ new cars/trucks each month. They were the third largest for CY 2005.

    DC giving me a new trans

    In alot of cases, DCX doesn't want the dealer tearing into Viper Engines or Transmissions, as they know it will be cheaper for them in the long run if they just replace them. Far less chance of a tech causing further issues if the unit is just replaced.
