I run the Penske three way adjustables (Comp hi & lo + rebound) on my SRT with 1000 & 950 springs on the street. It rides way smoother then the stock factory shocks.
The KW's aren't the greatest on the rebound settings (way too limited), the Motons or Penske's have a much greater adjustment...
The Motons or Penske shocks are FAR better then the KW's. If you are going to spend this much money (+$3k), you might as well get the Motons or Penske's. This is especially true if you plan on tracking your car:drive:
Hi Dan,
Can you please provide me with a price for the SCT "Pro-Racer" version with the software and programer, I think it has a street price of around $1400.
Thanks
Jason
Good decision, the biggest difference you feel in ride & handling between the 08 & GEN3 is the tires.
The Motons will make a big difference over the factory shocks :2tu:
Actually you need to drive a GEN3 with Motons and PS2's (or Cups) to see that the 08 ride and handling improvement is mainly due to the tires. A GEN3 with Motons will out handle a stock GEN4, and be similar to the ACR, since Chrysler decided to go the cheap route and us KW's on the ACR.
Actually Jon, Stoptech does not make any of its rotor rings, as they have no ownership in any foundry. Check batch to batch and model to model, they come from all over. I am not saying there is anything worng with them, they have a great product.
As soon as I complete my site sponsorship I will put up pics and specs. They look exactly like a set of Stoptechs or Brembo two piece rotors. I only offer these as slotted. I will have them with cast in holes at a later date, but I still recommend the slotted for track use.

OK, I contacted Chris to become a Site Sponsor and offer a Group Buy on two piece rotors. I will post product details in a separate email, however the rotor rings are equivalent to Brembo rings and the hats are CNC machined from 7075 forgings. They are fully floating two piece rotors. These...
If you are going to spend the money to do a CAM, you should really consider doing a custom grind that is more agressive, the Comp Cam is a pretty weak upgrade. Any Cam swap should be degreed, it is not that difficult and standard practice for a performance shop (maybe not your Dodge dealer)...
If there is enough interest I can offer the first 20 buyers a complete set of four two piece rotors with hard anodized forged 7075 CNC hats for $1150.00 plus shipping.
I will contact the forum admin & become a site sponsor for this group buy.
These rotors are manufactured by Microdynamic...
