    fellow "chevrons" I bought the car with them and at first did not care for them but they really broke up the black and brought out the red calipers so I decided to keep them. I had the same "vette" issue in the beginning too. Glad to be a fellow VCA member!

    Why dont we just try to show up to some of the larger car shows and have our own Viper group or set up a cruise on some nice back roads when the weather starts getting better? I am not from La., Texas actually, so I am not much help with those "nice" back roads. :drive:

    Purchasing 04 SRT - Couple Qs...

    thats a good price, I bought mine for a little more than that with some extras on it including rims. I have heard though that you might be able to get them down into the 40's due to the 08's coming out and its winter time which is a good time for you to buy a vert not the dealer.

    okay, that should be fixed now Rollin. Well, I got the speaker situation fixed. For subwoofers on the SRT what you have to do is put a 10" in the passenger floor board. I did this and it sounds great with plenty of leg room left. I missed that car show due to the weather looking kind of iffy...

    I had drag radials on and hit a damp patch on the road and just slid off to the side at around 45-50 mph and hit a culvert/ditch head on. No other vehicles invloved and no injuries.     here is the dyno sheet and the best number that day was 762 rwhp and 740 trqe- with that gear the car is a beast, never lost a race around my neck of the woods :)
