    If you can stretch it go for a Gen 4.....I know of a good one for sale. Do your research....there is many improvement's to the gen 4 over a gen 3. (not just HP and a oil pan) I have owned both.

    I replaced the oem gasket with the Fel Pro. Side by side the Fel-pro is outstanding being thicker and more surface sealing area in those hard to seal spots.

    Ok but your pic shows the leak I had in the exact spot....I was convinced it was the read main seal. Inside the clutch cover showed oil leakage but it's 100% dry now after replacing the oem pan gasket. (2 years ago) I agree with you> one drop is too much! ------------------------------------...

    What brand pan gasket did you use? A small leak like this will blow back near the rear main seal so don't worry too much yet. I had a similar tiny leak and replaced the pan gasket with a Flex-Pro (IMO its a way better quality than OEM)

    If trimming the duct 1/4" doesn't fix the rattle?............ place a soft shim on top the long dash support bracket near the duct. (that's where my rattle was)

    Re: What actual dyno gains did you get with Belanger headers and hi flow cats? Gen 4 ..34 RWHP about the same in TQ. Enough you will feel it but the new awaken audio of the engine is just as impressive as the performance gains.

    I had the same type noise on my Gen 4, the dealer used 'electronic ears' to find the problem. (lower shock bushing + a new shock) My car had 1500 mi on it. I tighten/ torqued every bolt on the back half of the car. 90% of the bolts can be accessed without removing the aluminum belly pan.

    I bet its your pan gasket......I had a similar hard to find small leak caused by the OEM gasket. The Felpro replacement gasket was higher quality IMO. May be post some photos of "Steve's" lift during the fix?.:2tu:

    Normal for CEL to be on after a dead battery (engine timer code) It will go away after a few drive cycles.

    To answer your question........ I'd say IMO $89,000 MAY be a deal if the car has a perfect ownership history along with low miles.

    I think 99+% of us use the Factory Service manual CD. If you want the information on paper consider printing out the CD. (I print out the pages as needed.)...
