I see the problem. Someone stole 6th gear. It's posted as only a 5 speed.:)Other than that, looks like a steal. Remember how the old saying goes, if it looks like it's to good to be true?
Good luck
One of my best friends decides to buy a new Z06. Beautiful black car. I think he was out the door for a little over $70. It drove nice and it out ran my FE. I didn't like the paint job on the Vette. To much orange peel. Any ways, we both took them to the little Sat. night car show and parked...
That's the good thing about the Phoenix area. No down time to sell a Viper here, unless it doesn't have AC. Then forget selling it anytime. Glad it went to a good home. You'll be back.:)
The collector car magizines are saying the Viper, especially the 96-02 GTS is the next true american collector car and will do nothing but start going up in price. That being said, the next guy that gives his Viper away, neededs to be flogged in public. At least on the forum and then banned for...
That's the way I'm going to go. At least for awhile. I'm going to use the header money for a alum radiator and dual fan. Tired of the GTS running 210 degrees all the time. Can't wait to get the Roe. Been saving for months. Almost there. :)
Hi Guys
I have a set of BBS wheels on my GTS which look just like the ACR wheels but with the bolts in them,
The centers say BBS. Does anyone know where I can get the Viper caps?
Thanks
Dave
We didn't even have to remove the hood. Actually we left it on to line up the headlights better. The whole front looked like it was just thrown on there. Checked for any damage but didn't find anything. Can't believe they were able to sell it that way, but everything looked factory. Maybe just...
Thanks Dave. I posting at the same time you are. Sorry to look like I'm not reading the posts. You guys are so good to me, you have all my guestions anwsered before I can ask them.:rolaugh:

All done. Has to be some kind of record. My son-in-law had it off and the headlights adjusted in less than an hour. He even puled off the figerglass bumper part. Everything needed re-alignment. Once he gets focused and into the job, there's no stopping him. Good kid. He even did it with all hand...
I'm getting ready to pull the bumper cover and repaint some rock chips and scraps underneath. Going to paint stripes on it too when done. Just wondering if anyone has any tricks to getting it off and putting it back on. Is it hard to do? Need to line things up a little better also.
Thanks
Dave
I had this same problem and purchased the fuel pump extender from Tom and have not looked back. It makes the pump run for 12 seconds instead of a couple. I need to adjust it so it runs for about 20 seconds and it would be perfect. I just cycle it twice. Tom said I could do this but I haven't got...
When I get my camera back in a couple of days I'll post some pictures. There was a valve of some kind with some O-rings on it that came out of the front of the P-valve similar to what came out of the rear only longer. There's a elec switch on top of the valve that we had to take off and plug...
After replacing all the pads, installing cross cut and drilled rotors, up-grading to Tom's bigger rear calibers and installing a nice used booster and master cyl. I still had the hard brake pedal problem and hardly any braking, slowing down hard from a quick pull. It just didn't have any brake...
I already did the hoses. I saw a alum. radiator on ebay for $449 item #110172151286. It looks pretty nice. Says made in USA by ET corp. Almost $200 cheaper than anything else I've seen. Anybody useing one of these? If I bought this, it's like getting a free fan.
Thanks
Dave
Everything I read, says to upgrade the cooling fan on my 97 to a 99 - 02 cooling fan. Is this a direct bolt in? Where is the best place to buy one? Anyone have a used one for sale?
Thanks
Dave
I had the same promblem and same tool you are using. I ground off part of the plastic tool so it would fit between the filter and hose. Cut about half of it off and it worked. It was only $5 so I figured if it didn't do the trick I was only out $5. Believe or not, it worked like a champ. Just...
