I have a 09 coupe I am looking to sell. Graphite with silver stripes, it has the extended warranty 7 years, 70k miles. I have the corsa exhaust system, and the original one boxed up. Only 1,900 miles and car is always well kept. If you are interested you can pm me…
I never leave mine parked where I have to go into the store, I just use it for weekend drives. On a side note, I have found myself taking my wife shopping in the car to spend you know "quality time" together and wait in the car. I have found that the investment in the viper for it's lavish...
I personally loved the Volado design, but not crazy about the idea of incorporating LED’s into the viper. What attracts most people to the Viper is the raw beauty of the car and the retro muscle look; in my opinion, the LED’s take something away from the design; I could be way off on this one...
The new logo is hot, very curouis to see what the new grill looks like. Does it look anything like any of the drawings that has been out on te site thus far?
Re: September 19, 2010 at the 2nd Annual Connecticut Exotic Car Rally @ Foxwoods Res
I was just going over the list of registered cars, looks like a good number of vipers will be there. I already know two club members going, anyone else making it up there...
That's what I figured but wanted to double check. I did purchase the extended warranty and had corsa exhaust put on as well, so that should help a little as well. Thanks for the input.
I had my first service on my 09 viper this week, which meant a trip to NY to see the wizard himself. Chuck and the crew went over every inch of my car, and answered all my annoying questions about the wire throttle. Always worth the trip to see the other cars (and trucks) that Chuck has in the...
Mine is actually around 95 psi for an oil reading when cold then drops to the 75-85 range...I figured I was getting the bad gas mileage just because I hardly ever see sixth gear. It just sounds awesome at 3000 rpms with the corsa pipes. What an animal this car is though, I absolutely love it.
Checked the oil level and it was fine. Not sure what it could be, or if it is just normal on the gen 4's. On a side note, just hit 560 miles today, filled the car up for the third time now, getting like 12 miles a gallon.
I had a quick question about my 09 viper. Got 560 miles on it now, and have noticed that the oil pressure never moves lower than 75 psi, usually more so in the 75-85 range once the car is warmed up. My 05 ran 50 psi all day. Did not know if this was normal for the 09’s or not…
Having owned the viper and the busa, the busa accelerates faster than anything I have ever driving. Not sure where my quote comes into this, I said the busa is faster. I just like the viper better. Most of the new stock bikes that costs 1/10th the price of a stock super car can destroy the...
Some of the rice rocket bikes have such and amazing power to weight ratio, it is unreal how fast they pick up speed. I sold my 1300 GSXR Hayabusa a while back, but to do this date it is the scariest thing I have ever driven. Still, I would take my viper in a heartbeat over the busa. Two...
