    Light years ahead of ya..already figured it out, welded the frame section in place. back on four wheels....now for the next step. Gluing the inner fender in place, I am almost afraid to ask...does anyone have a tip on setting the height / thickness of glue? Besides pre-fitting hood and fender...

Just thought someone might be able to help me with a factory spec...it's not in the service manual, not trying to talk with fancy words...if you think for a second the rear wheels are following the front wheels your wrong. The factory wheels are mounted in rubber and move all over...

    Made myself a couple prototypes of Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene Control arm bushing, with stainless pivot bushings. Just got to program and run them. UHMW is prefect for these, self lubricating chemical resistant, wears better then steel. These will make the Viper feel and handle...

    Best yet..got the replacement frame cut fitted ..couple quick lazer checks on alignment, couple measurements with the Tram...and weld her in. Thing was a Biotch to disect.

    Hi Grif...thanks ..I noticed a seam the other day when I was on a creeper looking up ..saw it on the inside of the pipe..I slid a 6" piece of 1 - 1/8 moly inside the round tubes..have left about a 1/16 gap between right and left sections...seems to be working out great....just tig that gap and...

The reason I believe there is a lot of rejects in the arms is due too the bushing holes are not a constant, some may not be useable due to the bushing "bores" not perfectly aligning with each other, this is not a issue with...

    Anyone out there know about the pipes used in the frames...measures as if its Moly...can't believe the factory spend the extra dollars on anything but Seamless Carbon..planning on Tigging it..wanta make sure I use the corrrect filler...anyone know for sure? Thanks!!

    Help identifing wing on GTS

    Its a 440 6-pak , I offset ground the crank down to chevy rod sizes and put chevy rods in it.. it all looks 100 stock..but headers...its a real torque monster..you can be driving along at about 40- 50..and mat it...the tires just smoke up..its actually a little dangerous....guess thats the drag...
