2" seat lowering help needed
There is a metal bracket that pivots down from the seat cushion that is connected to the seatframe. Once you clip the retainers (collar rings or whatever) that hold the cushion to the frame, the seat cushion pops right out. I will try to get some pics posted as I'm installing a 2" seat...- 93rt10

Scariest exprience in a car ever!!!
An anonymous cop told me they cannot enforce private parking lots like malls....other than trespassing if the mall security tells you to leave. In my experience the typical mall security gaurd will want to watch you drift your car, before telling you to leave if it is vacant and safe. I'd ask...- 93rt10

please help me decide on stripe pattern
I like the wider stripes personally, but either way I would do them in vinyl and not paint. Why would you use paint? It's more expensive and it is permanent. Vinyl is only kinda permanent (paint fade + pain in the ass to remove)-lol. Plus I highly doubt anyone would even be able to tell the...- 93rt10

Touch up Paint..
The "blending solution" looked like a scam to me when I first saw it, but it really does work like magic. I beat on my SUV and use that stuff to cover scratches and chips every year after ski season. When I tell people about it they always call out a couple of spots I had "professionally...- 93rt10

Touch up Paint..
Dr Colorchip .com!!!!!!!!!!! Simple touch up paint will look terrible, don't do it. You need some sort of blending solution so it doesn't look like a two year old colored on your Viper, especially with a color like Saphire.- 93rt10

Price check ..... 1994 R/T
I think keeping everything numbers matching on a gen 1 is important. Numbers matching engine with 1 mile, your price would be low. That being said, for those who just want to drive one, the engine has 1 mile and all of the mods look good. I'd say the price is right if you are not in a hurry...- 93rt10

Umm...What is this?
Not my cup of tea. Probably most of you already know this, but just in case: Air Force pilots refer to the F-16 Fighting Falcon as the "Viper"....hence probably this was what the owner/airbrush artist was going for. I imagine the paintjob cost a pretty penny (great way to lose $50k...- 93rt10

Sourcing Obsolete Parts For Gen I and Gen II Vipers
Little plastic square trim pieces that guide the tops scissor clips into the gen 1 sportsbar!!!!!!!!!! They get damaged easily and as far as I know there are no replacement pieces.- 93rt10

The Hiss Affect
Viper effect caused accident yesterday!! I was waiting to turn left at a stop light and traffic was begginning to slow coming the opposite direction. Great thread...Is the stock piece a flat tipped bolt or pointed screw? (My Viper is an early 93). Rainer is your picture stock or after cutting said bolt/screw?- 93rt10
