    You have all got it wrong...I use Zymol concours, been using it 10 years, its bloody amazing, BUT, dont use an applicator, put a bit in your fingers, it melts and work it in with your fingers, using an applicator wastes too much

    Have made these for my ACR, could not abide stone chips, its an easy build. Draw the template by holding a piece of card in the well and draw round its edge, add on the amout of flap you want to stick out, cut out the card, see pics, hold the card template in position and find the screw holes...

    Stripe raised edge

    I cannot stand the raised edge on my Gen 4 ACR drivers stripe, feels terrible, so... Im having the whole car flatted off, and re-lacqured, flatted and polished, the stripe will be under the lacquer coat, I did the same on my gen3, comes out beautiful, will post pics when done

    Valve Covers are Painted

    That looks super, I wasted my money on billet ally valve covers, that i eventually dumped, that is the look I wanted. Did you powder coat, or base and lacquer? great

    Done this many times, take off winscreen wiper, undo screws holding the panel under the wiper, you can take it right off, then you can get to the airbox, there are about 6 screws holding it in place, when all undone, you have to wriggle it out, it is a bit of cnt but do it once and youll be able...

    Took mine off to clean up, the heaviest part of it was the pint of water that emptied out when I took off the end cap must be for survival measures
