    Oil line leak

    My fan had a few of the blades crack and it vibrated big time every time the fan sped up (air con or at running temp).It is a whole assembly of course. I wasn't referring to the oil lines either,just the next thing to go.

    I just got new wheels on my 2004 today. I put on new sensors on all wheels. Do I need them programmed now or what is the procedure? I had a low tire light on with the old wheels and sensors, and it is still on. Thanks.

    My new module has the fittings on it already. I was just going to disconnect the others, then snap them into the new one.How does the line diconnect from the fitting? The shop manual doesn't say anything about that.

    I'm replacing my cooling fan module tommorow. Is there any trick to the quick disconnects on the power steering lines at the fan module. Do I need a special tool? It says to replace the o-rings also. Can I get them anywhere or are they special? Thanks guys.:2tu:

    Yes, I looked at the blades carefully, and where they join the ring around them there is a piece cracked off. I'm sure that is what is putting it out of balance. Bummer when all you need is the fan, you have to do a $600-700 module!!:(
