I have the same mods with my 96 GTS B/W. Fortunately the previous owner had the original shifter, I unscrewed the MGW and reinstalled the original. I like the stock shifter better.

I had this happen on my '96 GTS. I made my own seal as I couldn't find a replacement seal. There was a post on this site a few years ago about another fix. Do a search for steering seal.

Definitely not aligned right. Hood could have been taken off and not reinstalled right or could have had some front end issue. I would see if the dealer can make the left side look like the right.

I bought the Mopar lube and friction modifier from local Dodge dealer for about $40 total, 2 quarts oil and friction modifier package. That was for the rear end lube.

704-1093. If you do a search it is in a post by JackB. Don't know how to link to the post. The washer is like the top photo above, not the aluminum, copper, or nylon crush washer. It is steel with the neoprene center as pictured.

Not sure where you are taking this measurement from, but my Iforged 20" wheels measure 3.5" from the inside of the outer piece to the edge which is probably 4" from the bolted joint surface.
