How to find previous owner of a car?
I have the VIN number for the car I'm buying, and I was hoping to speak with the previous owner of it. I am live in Canada and here we have something called "used vehicle buyers package", which lists all the previous owners of your car once you give them your VIN. can someone look at this pic and tell me if its repairable??
I have a pic of the engine compartment, and there is a crack over the drivers side front wheel. Is this cracked part, part of the frame? Or is it a "inner wheel-well" that is fixable or replaceable? You can see the large crack just in front of Brake Master Cylinder.- kennewbike

help finding hood vents
I am looking to find the 3 hood vents in a 2000 Dodge Viper. Its the 2 that are on each side of the hood, and the "tear-drop" one that is right at the front in the middle. New to site, and need help with repairing car please.
I am in process of buying (hopefully), a 2000 Dodge Viper that has 10,000 original miles on it.
