    Door latch

It's NOT the latch. Its the wires in the black boot between the body of the car and the door. TRUST ME! Mine did the SAME THING. Started with door latch then speaker then window wouldn't roll down. Wal-mart sells wire connectors and the wires in that boot are color coded nicely. Let me know what...

Oh no, my GTS is ugly!

When stuff like that happens to me, I take a second.....get in a very mature state of mind....and yell out "SO IS YOUR MOM!!!"

Funny Thing Happened on Drive Home Today

I once drove my Viper to a Chevy dealership where they were having a Corvette car show. Next thing I know, there is a crowd around my car. One of the wives of one of the Corvette owners said " Honey, why didn't you get one of these!" Hell, I'd love to have a Z06 myself. AND a Viper!

    Your older viper fuel filter

I just notice that I was sticking $30.00 in there a lot less often. As for the actual numbers I can't say. The way that car is driven would have to be consistant to get an accurate account and I'm stickn it to the floor way too much for that.

    What year is best?

True, however I'd much rather be slapped in the face by a dorky balloon than a cool steering wheel at 85 MPH.

    What year is best?

All the ring gear bolts broke off of my 96 GTS. Talk about sit and spin! Heavy duty bolts woulda been helpful. : )

    Your older viper fuel filter

I recently changed my fuel filter and MAN what a difference. Much harder acceleration. I guess I just didn't notice the slow power loss over the years. It was not fun getting it off however, big difference in performance and fuel consumption. WEEEEEEE!

No power in driver door. HELP!

I did that my friend. Looks like I have a weekend project. One note to everyone. It is really easy to drop the entire bottom of the dash out. About 10 or 12 screws and one bolt where the pedal adjuster is and the entire thing is in the floor. I have a feeling after looking around on here that I...

No power in driver door. HELP!

The only fuse I saw was under the hood that said "DOOR" but I did inspect them all. The wires have no obvious breaks in them but there is a lot of tape wrapping them. One hint I think is the window would only work when the door was not open more than a few inches and now not at all. After seeing...

No power in driver door. HELP!

I have a 1996 GTS. All the power to the driver door is out. I have pulled off door panel and panel underneath the dash and traced the wires to a plug just behind the fuse panel. I don't see anything obvious. Also, opening the door will not trigger inside lights to even come on. Any Ideas? Not...
