    plug swap

    thats where I am right now the 2 back cylinders, the passenger side is facing toward the front of the car which should be easy to get back on but driver side is facing to the rear and I need to find something to "push" it back in.. If it would be an 8 cylinder I would be DONE

    well I did what you 1st suggested and gave it a good yank with pliers, not a twist like I did the first time , just a yank with a little wiggle and off they came, then just tap them back in with a little hammer, thanks for the help

    Glad you found the problem, mine was a bad wire going from the computer to the O2 sensor,gave cudos to dealer for digging deeper than normal, they drove the car around with a diagnostic running and they saw it spike the sensor again,they thought it was the computer going bad, which was covered...

    Update, well they replaced the computer,drove it and it was still "spiking" their diagnostic that was plugged into the car while they were driving it, then looking further as he put it, they found a short in the wiring harness from the computer to the O2 sensor, replaced that and they said no...

    the way the dealer made it sound that the pcm kept the O2 sensor "heat" on which caused the sensor to burn out, I dont know its all bananas to me, we will see if the new pcm works or it was all bull from the dealer

    Roe Racing kinda pointed me in this direction, they said it sounded like the PCM was going bad, dealer thought it was just a crap replacement o2 sensor install until it fried their new one too, hopefully this will take care of it

    Just found out new PCM is free because of emissions, (feel Like I won the lotto) was told between my 06 and now there has been 12 revisions to the program, going to be interesting to see what I get out on the street
