IAC issues, please help...

Quick Power Steering ?? For you guys
I'm working on an 06' and I started to hear the power steering pump whine the other day. I checked and the reservoir was empty. Then saw where it had leaked from. Crazy popping or back firing from the exhaust
Ive got an 06' twin turbo stroked 522ci Coupe and Im new to the car so Im just learning about everything. Dang Seat belt light and dinger driving me NUTSS.!!!

A noob here with what I hope is an easy fix for my Snake
