Gen 2 Rear Brake Caliper Adapters for CTSV Camaro SS Rear Calipers

Just installed this brake upgrade using CTS-V rear calipers and 13" Stoptech rotors. Works great and is a cost effective option. Total cost of parts was around $1400. Clearance is VERY tight and barely kisses the wheel weights. The spokes have about 3mm clearance and the barrel of the wheel has...

1997 GTS NEW 3.2L Roe Supercharger Dyno Results

Just had the car re-tuned by Todd and it's running great! The final numbers are right where they should be. I have noticed that the main issue before was that the avg boost was always a bit low compared to what ROE stated it should be, of course every car is going to be a little different. At...

1997 GTS NEW 3.2L Roe Supercharger Dyno Results

UPDATE: So this was the issue. The underdrive pulley was the culprit. The smaller crank pulley that came with this new kit has an OD of 5.8" and was combined with a snout pulley of 2.95" which on the old kit=5lb. Kenne Bell estimates +3psi with the larger 3.2 blower on the same pulley size...

1997 GTS NEW 3.2L Roe Supercharger Dyno Results

So I realized yesterday that the fuel being released back into the tank is just the regulator dumping excess pressure. The fuel pressure does sit at 55psi when the car is running but only holds 15psi when primed and not running. I guess that is just what this particular regulator design does...

1997 GTS NEW 3.2L Roe Supercharger Dyno Results

UPDATE: I changed the plugs to 1 step colder, reduced my methanol nozzles to 500cc x2, added Harland Sharp RR, M&M headers, removed the cats, and did a compression test. I went back for a retune and ended up with the same hp/tq numbers. Next step is to do a leak down test and check for boost...

1997 GTS NEW 3.2L Roe Supercharger Dyno Results

Yea, it's the new intake manifold with no porting. Even Scott at Roe is making typical power from the new design 600+. I will slowly explore all ideas and try to pinpoint the problem.

He didn't say much, just that I should be making more power and I should be using 100% meth or 70/30.

1997 GTS NEW 3.2L Roe Supercharger Dyno Results

I had one step colder plugs in the car and Todd suggested 2 steps colder. AEM does suggest the 1000 for my hp range but maybe that is just for 1 nozzle (500x2). A/F ratio was a solid 11.7 Plug gap is set at .035

Need 97 GTS Fuel Door Roller

Hey guys, I recently purchased a 97 GTS and sent the fuel door components to a local shop to have them chromed. I then waited 5 weeks for them to call me and say that they have lost the roller in the tank! I've tried very hard to locate one online but have had no luck. I have also...
