08 Rear Diff

Does anyone know if the rear diff in the 08 would be interchangeable with an 04.
I have a CC diff in my 04 and hate to let it go when I get my 08. Ideally I would like to have the CC diff dropped into my 08. Anyone in the know on this??

I think the 08 has a much improved factory diff---not sure if it's up to the Ricardo or Quaife levels, but better than the stock 03-06. In any event, as far as I know, as long as you change the whole housing, it should work.

I believe the rear axle is still the Dana 44 so the parts could very well interchange.

Ricardo diff without warranty or GKN diff with warranty.
