2000 Rims on a 95?

Buddy of mine saw a 95 RT/10 on ebay and the seller says it has 2000 GTS rims. Will the 2000 rims even fit on a 95? The car looked like it has several other issues and is probably not worth what the seller is asking for it but I just wanted to check on the rim thing.

Maybe I'm wrong, but aren't the "fake "air vents" inside the rear fascia supposed to be black? At least they are on later models....

Bad body alignment, repainted rear bumper(yes there should be "holes" on the Gen I bumper and black), truck looks like it's been pushed up. "never seen rain"

That is so you can dry between the decklid and the rear bumper without opening the decklid, and between the rear fenders and the bumper.
