Thursday, September 3rd, 2009
Sheridan, Wyoming Holiday Inn
· Room Rate - $95 plus tax for 2 queen beds -- Reservations are due by August 10, 2009
· Call 307-672-8931 and state that you are with Viper Club - UT/WY/CO. The block code is V99
· Reservations can also be made online at Holiday Inn SHERIDAN , and type in the group code (V99)
· You will have to cancel 48 hours prior to arrival

Thursday evening - Dick and Claudia Hall will be hosts for a barbecue.

Friday, September 4th - Saturday, September 5th, 2009
Yellowstone National Park - Lake Yellowstone Hotel
· Room Rates quoted are $228 per night, or $165.00 for a newly renovated cabin about a block away. Our Block of rooms has been extended until this Friday, July 31st.
· There are a few rooms and cabins available as of this morning (7/27/09) but you need to call TODAY.
· Call 307-344-5437 and state that you are with CO/UT/WY Viper Club of America - FRVIPER. OR email [email protected]. Either talk to Karen Kerr or leave her a message.
· You will have to cancel within 90 days prior to arrival or you will lose your deposit.

The Lexington @ Jackson Hole - aka Trapper Inn & Suites
· Room Rates - $177.00 plus tax. Reservations are due by June 8th, 2009.
· 24 Courtyard rooms have been reserved – 1 King or 2 Queen beds OR upgrade to a 1 BR suite – 2 Q for $50.00 more
· A Continental Breakfast is provided. / Check-in is 3:00pm / Check-out is 11:00am
· Call 1-888-771-2648 and state that you are with Viper Club of America
· You will have until August 30th to cancel with full refund.
