The first event is a locally sponsored event and will bring more regional folks. The 2nd event is a national traveling event around the country.

Viper Days by NARRA

Both will be a blast

Hi Bruce, which one would be more driving? Viper days would allow for some driving/instruction and then watching a race vs the local event were we get to make some fun laps???

I'm not sure my schedule will allow two trips up this year.

Thanks

The June event will have more driving and great instructors along with a driving class. I am not a track rat and Ted Hughes let me drive his modified ACR on the track. IT was so much fun.

See you there

The first event will have probably around 30-40 Vipers and one will enjoy a ton of track time and other events. The Viper Days weekend is two months later and this is perfect for many , as they will view the Woodhouse Viper/Furstenau Financial Mgmt Viper Rendezvous as a good time to get seat time prior to Viper Days.

There will be only Vipers at the June event, whereas the NARRA/Viper Days experience will likely also be host to Corvettes , Porsches, etc. They will also use timers to determine what group you should run in , so that gives some folks a better idea how they are doing. Track time is seat time, so hit the one in June, and then be ready to be competitive in August.

Mark J. and Willie da P have a few miles on this circuit ( as instructors ) , so we would be happy to help you find out all the particular nuances.

Feel free to give me or Mark a call, as we have been Instructors at Hastings since the track opened. Either one of us can give you ideas on accomodations, track set-up, RV stalls, Clubhouse, etc.

You can also check Motorsport Park Hastings MPH Road Course Race Car Driving School & Race Track Rental - Host a Corporate Event at Our Motorsports Country Club . This has a ton of info to check out and the events Woodhouse is sponsoring or will be attending are June 10-12th Woodhouse/ Furstenau Financial Viper Rendezvous, Viper Days on Aug. 5-7th, and the Woodhouse Track Experience on Sept. 9-11th.

The first event will be the most intimate, and all will give you plenty of track time. Ted Hughes ( ACR-X competitor ) will also be at the first event and so there will be quite a few Viper guys that can give you instruction pertaining to your blue beast!!!:2tu:

For those who may not have noticed the Ladies night meeting for February was moved to a Wed night.

Make sure you have renewed your membership if you haven't already for all the great events planned for the KC area in 2011.

The weather could not have been better for the Viper meeting.

The club shirts look great!
